Lazania.

Ingredents.
Lazania sheet.
Tomato sauce.
White sauce.
Mince..... Beef..Mutton..Chicken...your choice.
Cheese.
Origano. 
Capcicum.
Black olives.
Chadder cheese.
Salt.
Black pepper powder.
Tomato paste.
Fresh cream.
Step#1.
Boil lazania sheet.
Paste tomato sauce and white sauce.
Then arrange lazania sheet.

Step#2.
Take broasting dish.
Spread white and tomato sauce.
Then spread mince.
Sprinkle cheese and origano.

Step#3.
Repeat 3 times step#1.

Step#4.
Garnish with black olives and green capcicum.
Baked at 180¤c for just 15 to 20 mintues.
Server hot with chilled cold drinks.




HUMOUS.

Ingredents.
Chik piece boiled..... 250 gram.
Garlic paste..... half tea spoon.
Lemon juice..... 1 tea spoon.
Olive oil..... 2 table spoon.
Black olive..... 10 to 15 slices.
Tahina sauce..... 100 gram.
Peprica powder / Red chilli powder..... For garnish.

Mix all the ingredents well and putt them in a juicer blender. Make very smooth paste and putt at a cold place for just 5 to 7 minutes.
Garnish with black olives and red chilli poweder / peprica powder and serve with meat.

Chatter cheese cold sandwitch.

Ingredants.

Boneless chicken chop--200 gram.
Mayonese--200 gram.
Fresh cream--100 gram.
French mustard paste--1 table spoon.
Salt--1 tea spoon.
Black/white pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
White bread slices.
Chatter cheese slices.

Mix all ingredants in boiled chop meat and make a spread and paste a spread on bread slices .
Put a chatter cheese slice on bread and eat as a lunch or breakfast.


Chicken vegetable spring roll.

Ingredants.

Chicken breast__1kg.
Onion__100 gram.
Carrot__300 gram.
White cabbage__300 gram.
Garlic fine chop__200 table spoon.
Spring onion chop__2 table spoon.
Salt__1 tea spoon.
Chinese chilli sauce for spicy__optional.
Roll chapati.depend on your rolls.
Cooking oil for frying.

Cooking procedure.

Make a proper mixture of all vegetables and put in a roll chapati.
Cover a roll properly and then deep fry in cooking oil.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.


Betti fish.

Only use fish fillay.
Make a sauce for crumbed.
Sauce ingredants.

Eggs__ 2.
Mustard paste__ 1 tea spoon.
Lemon juice__ 2 table spoon.
Salt__ half tea spoon.
Black pepper powder__1 tea spoon.
Fine flour__ 100 gram.
Garlic__1 tea spoon.
Crush chilli / chilli souce for spicy( optional)
Bread crumb / crushed coconut.
Oil for frying .

Making procedure.
Mix fish fillay pieces in sauce and dipped in bread crumb / crushed coconut.
Then keep it in a cold place for just 5 to 6 minutes and then deep fry in a pan and serve hot with cold drinks.
